This tractor restoration was very challenging, but very rewarding in the end. I picked up this tractor from Isaac Lindsey's, a friend who inspired me to restore tractors, front pasture in Atascadero California. There, I found it rusting away soon be scrap metal before I saved it. The engine had the entire head off of it and the sleeves, pistons, and rings were no where to be found. The transmission was stuck and the tractor's sheet metal was scattered throughout the pasture, some completely missing. I took it to my garage where I would begin the treacherous restoration job on this unique high crop tractor. I spent my restoration putting my all in learning everything about this tractor, making sure everything was factory correct, rebuilding every part of this tractor down to every nut and bolt. It took lots of time and dedication to do so. After rebuilding all the essential parts on the tractor, I gave it a nice paint job. Now I know it is ready to compete in the competition this year!
